    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line twenty-six, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: with the following amendment:

    On page twenty-five, subsection 10.2., after the words “minimum period of” by striking out “four (4)” and inserting in lieu thereof “three (3)".
